My Resolution

I just heard the speech of Richard M Stallmann (The greates human that vere was (and is)in my opinion!). It was about usage of free software and GNU. I was shocked about my ignorance of the isgnificance of GNU in gnu/linux. After all only debain slack and few others(Dyne:Bolic Morphix etc..) feature the term GNU. Linux is a mere monolithic kernel. GNU can be without linux (eg. GNU/HURD ) But not vice versa. I was a person saying

"As long as something is good, use it ddont worry about free-nonfree stuff!

I realized the next momet

I WAS WRONG

So i made up my mind. I am going to use only free software sing GPL or LGPL from now onwards. All are invited to join the quest. No more hunting for the perfect distro, I am going to build mine from scratch using GNU stuff.

I also joined FreeSoftwareFoundation of India (fsf.org.in) .

I am going to put in the Rs 500 I had as pocket money as a contribution to this organisation which supports GNU policies.
